Safinim, Angelo D’Uva

Safinim is made from 100% Montepulciano grapes which brings a great balance between body and fruit to the wine.

A juicy medium-bodied rose, perfect for pairing with food from those summer BBQ’s. It has red berry flavours, especially cherry and raspberry, in addition to melon which gives a refreshing quality. Topped off by a good finish this wine, like Angelo’s other offerings, can disappear surprisingly quickly once opened, especially on a hot day.
