I’ve been practising Yoga since 2008 and I’ve trained under Bharrath Shetty, BNS Iyengar, Kanchen Mala and Joseph Konnoth in India. My life changed for the better since I’ve committed to Yoga and Ayurveda. I’ve healed my body and mind from distress and various physical traumas. I’ve learned that living in tune with one’s own unique constitution, listening to nature’s rhythms and eating mindfully brings balance and vitality.
My mission is to help you become more present and content with where you are and empower you to thrive, realise your full potential and step-by-step move to more advanced asanas. My classes incorporate elements of traditional and modern yoga including styles as Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flows, and Restorative Yoga.
Let’s practice together to get your body limber, still your mind and most importantly have fun.
Lots of love.
Originally I’m from Leeds but ended up going to University in Manchester. My degree was in Business Information Technology and after graduation, I moved to Singapore and got a job with a Bank
From Singapore, I moved back to London and that’s where I called home till the travel and wine bug got me.
I’ve always loved wine and when the opportunity came up that allowed me the time to more fully focus on the subject I jumped on it. I started down the WSET path having now completed my WSET Level 3 (with my eye on Level 4). It’s been an incredible thrill to move into the wine industry and meet so many fantastic producers while also learning about their wines.
I hope that all of our customers get as much of a kick out of the wines we’ve brought to the UK as we have.
