Who are Vine & Soul

Vine & Soul is a small independent company whose goal is to bring together great wine, quality food and good health. This unique combination of our passion for wine & yoga led to the creation of Vine & Soul.

We focus on discovering the best wine & food that Italy has to offer. Working with smaller producers who are dedicated to quality & sustainability over quantity.

We offer delivery direct to your door, online courses and even retreats where you can meet our producers and of course sample their products under the Italian sun.

Molise

One of the key wine regions Vine & Soul specialises in is Molise (pronounced moe-lee-say).

Molise is Italy's last hidden wine region. Even those who consider themselves experts on Italian wine may look at you with a blank face when you mention “Tintilia”, the regions native grape.

However, this obscurity is also one of Molise's great strengths. Molise is the last untouched region within Italy. For those looking to discover the real Italy, a place untouched by hordes of tourists & the exploitative tourist traps that go with them,  Molise is the place for you.

This obscurity extends to the region itself, with a common joke among Italians being that "Il Molise non esiste" or Molise doesn't exist. As Italy's second smallest region and also its youngest Molise has a mountain to climb as it attempts to gain the same recognition as its more well-known neighbours.
