Rosavite, Terresacre

Made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, hand-picked on the rolling hills of the Terrasacre estate overlooking the Adriatic. The grapes then undergo a short maceration where the juice remains in contact with the skins for about 10 hours for additional flavour and colour.

The wine is a deep salmon colour with a pronounced nose showing flavours of strawberry, cherry and grapefruit. It has a fresh taste with high acid acting as the perfect aperitivo on a hot summer evening.
