Oravera, Terresacre

Made from 100% Falanghina this wine is produced from selected vineyards where cultural practices are aimed at achieving the highest quality of grapes. This wine is the pride of the Terresacre Estate. The juice is fermented directly into French oak barrels. To maximize its aromatic complexity it continues to slowly age on lees in the barriques for 8 months.

A deep golden colour it has an elegant nose of apples, pears & passion fruit with hints of vanilla from the French oak. Its age also provides a foundation of dried fruit. A wonderfully complex, full-bodied wine with an excellent finish. Perfect to pair with pasta and seafood dishes.
