The first Sparkling Wine we’ve sourced from Molise is the Ops Consiva Spumante (Extra Dry) from Campi Valerio. Made from 100% Falanghina it has a fresh and bright profile with pronounced citrus flavours of Lemon and Lime. This is backed up by hints of melon and wet stone giving the wine a pleasant crispness.

With mouth-watering freshness, it’s the perfect wine for a warm day or as an aperitif.
