Fannia, Campi Valerio

Falanghina is a regular fixture on the tables of south Italy but is little known outside the region. This is a shame as in the hands of a master such as Antonio Valerio it can really become something special.

With flavours of grapefruit and citrus, it has good acidity balanced against the rich flavours from the malolactic fermentation. Medium-bodied with a core of minerality layered with subtle floral notes makes a wine that can be enjoyed on its own or with lighter dishes.
