Colle Cervino, Catabbo

Deep Ruby with a pronounced nose this is one of Catabbo’s flagship wines. Made from 100% Tintilia, the native grape of Molise, this is an excellent example of what this local grape has to offer.

This full-bodied wine has black fruit flavours including blackcurrant, cherry and plum. It also presents a wonderfully rich and earthy quality which adds to the overall body of the wine. Balanced with a good finish this is a wine that can be enjoyed with the Sunday roast or aged cheeses.
