Ewa will be your instructor for the class. She is a certified yoga instructor who specialises in Vinyasa Flow in addition to teaches Hatha, Astanga & Yin Yoga. 

We use the online Zoom platform for classes. Setup is easy and free. On registration you will be sent instructions on how to download & use the platform to attend classes. During the class you can have your camera on so I can better guide you through the yoga session.
